How delivery works
Order
Online in the shop or by phone. Tell us the address and preferred time.
We prepare
We pack the ice right before departure: in bags or insulated thermo boxes.
We deliver
The courier arrives at the agreed time and helps carry the ice to your freezer or bar.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice we send to your email once the order is confirmed. All prices already include 21% VAT.
