How fast can you deliver ice?
Our ice factory is in central Riga, so delivery is very fast: the exact delivery time is agreed with our manager when the order is confirmed. For urgent orders, call us.
Where is your production located?
Our ice factory is in central Riga at Jēkabpils iela 12. That lets us deliver quickly to bars, restaurants and events across Riga: your ice arrives fresh and unmelted.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Riga and its suburbs. Jūrmala deliveries are made on request. For other Latvian regions, contact us individually.
What types of ice do you offer?
We offer classic ice cubes, large king cubes, collins spears, crushed ice for cocktails, ice blocks and bagged ice. All of it is made from clean, filtered water and is food-grade.
Do you deliver for events and on weekends?
Yes. We adapt the schedule to your event: for weddings, celebrations and corporate functions we agree on any delivery time, weekends included.
What is the minimum order?
The smallest bag is 5 kg. In Riga and its suburbs the minimum order is 10 kg. Jūrmala and other regions are arranged individually.
How can I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice we send to your email once the order is confirmed. All shop prices already include 21% VAT.
How long does ice keep in a thermo box?
The insulated thermo box keeps ice in working condition for up to 8 hours depending on the outside temperature. For longer events we recommend splitting the delivery in two.
