5x5x5 cm King Cube Ice

A solid, crystal-clear 5x5x5 cm cube, known behind the bar as the king cube or rocks ice. One large cube melts several times slower than standard cubes, keeping the drink cold without watering it down.

The king cube is made for drinks where every note matters: neat whiskey over ice, an Old Fashioned, a Negroni, any spirit-forward cocktail served on the rocks. Less surface area per gram means slower dilution, so the drink chills while the flavour stays intact. That is why the large-format cube has become the quality benchmark of on-the-rocks culture.

We freeze our cubes from multi-stage filtered water at our own factory in central Riga. Slow, directional freezing pushes air bubbles and impurities out of the water, which is what makes the cube glass-clear and free of off-tastes. Clear ice is not just a look: it is proof of clean water and proper technique.

Cubes arrive in insulated packaging, dry and unstuck. Store them in a freezer for up to six months. Before serving, let the cube temper for thirty seconds at room temperature so it does not crack when the drink is poured.
