Payment terms

1. Payment methods

You can pay in two ways: by payment card online when placing the order, or by invoice and bank transfer.

Card payment is available for delivery in Riga and its suburbs and for pickup from our production site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we never see or store your card details. You will receive a confirmation by email once the payment succeeds.

Delivery elsewhere in Latvia is priced by our manager first, so those orders are paid by invoice.

2. Paying by invoice

Once we receive your order, our manager confirms it and SIA "Ice MIXTURE" sends an invoice to the email address you provided.

The invoice is paid by bank transfer to the SIA "Ice MIXTURE" account stated on it. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference.

For companies we put your details on the invoice (name, registration number, VAT number and registered address). Private customers receive an invoice in their name.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices on the site are in euro (EUR) and include 21% VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice.

Delivery in Riga and its suburbs costs 10 EUR regardless of order size. Pickup from our production site at Jēkabpils iela 12 is free. Delivery to Jūrmala and elsewhere in Latvia is priced individually by our manager.

4. Payment term

Card payments are taken immediately when the order is placed. The invoice payment term is stated on the invoice. As a rule, we fulfil the order once payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.

For large or custom orders (for example, ice blocks cut to individual sizes) we may ask for prepayment.

5. Payment on site

We do not accept cash or payment cards at the production site or on delivery. For pickup, the order must be paid online or by invoice, or payment by invoice must be agreed.

6. Thermo box deposit

Private customers pay a 20 EUR deposit for each thermo box (already included in the thermo box price for private customers).

We refund the deposit within 5 working days after the thermo box is returned to our production site at Jēkabpils iela 12, Riga, during working hours or by prior arrangement.
