How delivery works

Order

Online in the shop or by phone. Give us the address and the time you prefer.

We confirm

Our manager contacts you, agrees the delivery time and emails the invoice.

We deliver

We pack the ice right before leaving, in bags or insulated thermo boxes, and deliver at the agreed time.

Payment

Pay by card online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) when you place the order, or by bank transfer against an invoice we email you. Card payment is available for delivery in Riga and suburbs and for self-pickup. All prices already include 21% VAT.
