The bag is the simplest way to buy professional bar ice: easy to carry, fits a standard freezer, opens and closes as you go. The cubes are dense and dry, so they do not fuse into a single lump the way supermarket ice often does.
The HOSHIZAKI 28x28x32 mm size is the all-rounder: it chills a drink fast, sits neatly in the glass and works for cocktails, lemonades and plain iced water alike. For restaurants this format doubles as a backup for the moments when the in-house ice machine cannot keep up with demand.
The ice is frozen from filtered water at our factory in central Riga and delivered in insulated transport, so it arrives fresh and unmelted. A smaller 5 kg bag is available; ask us about it by phone.
