Crushed ice chills faster than any other format because it has the largest contact surface with the drink. That is exactly why it is non-negotiable for a Mojito, Caipirinha, Mint Julep or any frozen cocktail: the glass frosts over instantly and the drink gets its signature texture.
We crush the ice right before delivery from dense cubes of filtered water, so the grain is even, with no snow dust and no excess water. Beyond the bar, crushed ice is perfect for seafood, fish and drink displays on ice, and for rapidly chilling produce in large vessels.
The insulated thermo box keeps the ice in working condition for hours; at an event you can use it as your working bin and scoop straight from the box. The box is reusable and we collect it with your next delivery.
